Baikal EM1 Concentrate 50 ml

“Baikal-EM-1R” Microbiological Fertilizer concentrate, 50 ml – contains a unique complex of beneficial microorganisms, dubbed by scientists as the “hope of the planet” due to its effective restoration of soil health and fertility, guaranteeing environmental safety, the highest quality, and long-term preservation of the harvest.

“Baikal-EM-1R” is intended for autumn and spring soil preparation, seed treatment, seedling care, root and foliar irrigation of crops, and the preparation of EM compost, which yields record harvests with minimal use of the EM preparation.

Composition: lactic acid, photosynthetic, and nitrogen-fixing bacteria, yeast, and microbial metabolites.

Store in dark, dry rooms at temperatures between 0 and 20⁰°C, separately from food products and out of reach of children. During storage, a surface film, sediment, or gas formation may appear, which does not affect the quality of the fertilizer. Dispose of empty containers with household waste in designated areas.

Use the working solution within 3 days of preparation. The product is non-toxic to humans, animals, and bees.

Recommendations for use (shake well before use).
During spring soil preparation, water the beds with a solution of EM-1 fertilizer in a 1:100 ratio (1/2 cup per 10 liters of water) and mulch.
The application rate for soil fertilization is 2 liters of working solution per 1 m².
Plant seedlings in the soil no earlier than 7 days after treatment.
Pre-sowing seed treatment should be carried out by soaking the seeds in a working solution prepared by diluting EM-1 fertilizer in water at a ratio of 1:500 (1 tbsp per 5 L of water). Soaking time is 2–3 hours.
Working solution consumption: 1 L per 0.5 kg of seeds.

For watering seedlings, use the product in a 1:500 ratio (1 tablespoon per 5 liters of water). Water 4–5 times during the seedling growth period.

For root irrigation, dilute the EM fertilizer in a 1:500 ratio (1
tablespoons per 5 liters of water) and water the plants once a week. Application rate: 1.5–3 liters of working solution per 1 m^².

Applying EM compost to the soil is most effective.

To prepare EM compost:

1) Dilute the EM fertilizer in a 1:100 ratio (1/2 cup per 10 liters of water);

2) evenly moisten manure, sawdust, plant tops, or any other organic material with the solution (to a moisture content of 60–65%);

3) mix well and cover with plastic wrap.

At an air temperature of 20–25⁰°C, the compost can be
applied to the root zone after just 2–3 weeks. Do not apply EM compost to
the trunk zone.

Autumn treatment yields the best results in restoring soil fertility
. After harvesting, water the beds generously (2–3 L/m^²) with an EM solution
fertilizer diluted 1:100 (1/2 cup per 10 L of water), mulch, and water again.

To prepare the working solution, use warm (20–25⁰°C)
non-chlorinated water. Let the working solution stand for 20 minutes to 1 day.
It is recommended to add molasses, jam, or sugar to the working solution in
an amount equal to the EM fertilizer.
