Full description
“Alfa Super” 4 ml - a highly effective contact and stomach insecticide against a wide range of pests of sugar beets, grain and fruit crops, potatoes, cabbage, beets, peas, and flowers. Effective against the Colorado potato beetle, cutworms, aphids, wheat thrips, beet flea beetles, leafhoppers, armyworms, cabbage and rapeseed beetles, weevils, fruit moths, leaf beetles, pea weevils, meadow moths, rapeseed flower beetles, and locusts; it can also be used to control garden ants and eliminate anthills. It adheres reliably to plant surfaces. The residual effect lasts 2–4 weeks, depending on the type of pest and weather conditions.

Active ingredient: alpha-cypermethrin, 100 g/L.

Formulation: emulsifiable concentrate.

It has a proven effective and long-lasting effect on pests regardless of their developmental stage (from eggs and pupae to adult insects); Modern formulation components reliably retain the active ingredient on plant surfaces and ensure a long period of protection; It has a repellent effect on beneficial insects; Low application rate; Good compatibility with other pesticides; Non-toxic to crops, safe for the environment; Moderately toxic (Class II) to warm-blooded animals, safe for bees.

Spectrum of activity: Pests against which the product is effective: on cereals—crop aphids, harmful shield bugs, wheat thrips, aphids, flea beetles, leafhoppers; on peas—pea weevil, thrips, aphids; on sugar beets—cabbage moth, aphids, flea beetles, weevils; on cabbage – cabbage moth, cutworms, and cabbage loopers; on rapeseed – rapeseed flower beetle and crucifer flea beetles; on fruit crops – fruit borers and leaf rollers.

Conditions for effective action: To achieve high treatment efficacy, apply the product when pest populations reach the economic threshold. On hot days with temperatures above +25°C, the product’s effectiveness is reduced; therefore, it is best to apply it in the morning or evening during dry, windless weather (when the air temperature does not exceed +25°C). The application rate of the working solution is 200–400 L/ha.

Mode of action:
Affects the central nervous system of insect pests, disrupting the permeability of cell membranes.

Active ingredient: Alpha-cypermethrin, 100 g/L

Instructions for use:
4 mL of the product covers an area of 200 square meters.
Spraying is carried out during the growing season when pest populations exceed acceptable levels. The working solution is prepared immediately before use and must be used in its entirety on the day of preparation. Fill the sprayer tank halfway with clean water, add the required dose of the product, mix thoroughly, and top up with the remaining water.
Treat crops ensuring uniform wetting of the leaves, in calm weather during the morning or evening hours, when the air and soil temperatures do not exceed +25 °C. The interval between treatment and possible precipitation should be at least 3–4 hours.
To prevent pest insects from developing resistance, it is recommended to alternate the use of this product with insecticides from other chemical classes, such as organophosphates.

Application rates:
Crop Pest Application rates
Potatoes Colorado potato beetle 0.7–1 mL per 5 L of water per 100 m²
Cabbage, peas Aphids, thrips, leafhoppers, moths, whiteflies, pea weevil 1–1.5 mL per 5 L of water per 100 m²
Beets Beet fleas, weevils, meadow moth, aphids 1.5–2.5 mL per 5 L of water per 100 m²
Apple, plum Fruit moths, leaf rollers 1.5–2.5 mL per 5 L of water per 100 m²
Winter wheat Bedbugs, wheat thrips, aphids, leafhoppers 1–1.5 mL per 5 L of water per 100 m²
Alfalfa Locusts (both gregarious and non-gregarious species) 2–3 mL per 5 L of water per 100 m²

*Maximum number of applications: 2. The last application should be made 15 days before harvesting wheat, 20 days before harvesting potatoes, 30 days before harvesting other vegetables, and 45 days before harvesting fruit.

Safety

Follow all standard safety guidelines when handling chemicals.

The product is toxic to fish; therefore, aerial application is prohibited, as is use within the sanitary zone around fish-bearing water bodies at a distance of 500 m from the flood boundary at maximum flood water levels, but no closer than 2 km from existing shorelines.

Moderately hazardous to bees. The required buffer zone for bees is at least 3–4 km; restrict bee flight for 48–72 hours.
