Mycelium Growth Activator

Mycelium Growth Activator + Soil Acidity Indicator, 40 g. A complex fertilizer for normalizing soil pH, improving substrate structure, and enriching the substrate with essential nutrients for normal mycelium development and increased mushroom yield. Regulates the growth and development of mushrooms, stimulates their immune system to protect against various diseases and temperature stresses, increases yield, and significantly shortens the growing cycle.

Composition:

• Calcium hydroxide (acts as a deoxidizer and calcium fertilizer) - 34%;
• Superphosphate (fine granules or powder) - 20%;
• Potassium fertilizers (potassium chloride or potassium humate) - 20%;
• Ammonium nitrate - 20%;
• Ammonium sulfate - 1%;
• Hydrogel for retaining moisture in the soil - 5%.

The activator is used when planting mycelium, as well as for subsequent watering. When planting — mix the contents of the package and spread evenly over the prepared substrate. Application rate — 1 package/1 m² for planting 10 g of grain mycelium.
When watering, add the contents of the package to 20 L of water. Let it settle for several hours until dissolved.
Do not apply the fertilizer during fruiting or when mushroom primordia (germs) are forming.

pH indicators
Soil acidity is a very important factor for successful mushroom cultivation. The optimal pH range for growing mushrooms is 6.5–7.5. Mushrooms do not grow in acidic soil!
To determine soil acidity, use the test indicator strips from the package:
Place 15–20 g of soil in a container and add 50 ml of clean (preferably distilled) cold water. Stir the contents of the container and wait until the soil particles settle to the bottom (3–5 minutes).
Dip the indicator strip into the resulting solution for 1–2 seconds. After it dries slightly (in 30 seconds), compare the color of the stained indicator strip with the values on the color scale on the package.
