The Tur preparation has the property of inhibiting excessive plant growth while increasing fruit set.
Tur is used on tomatoes, cucumbers, grapes, strawberries, and fruit trees.

Properties and benefits of the Tur preparation:

Accelerates the onset of flowering.

Promotes the accumulation of vitamin C.

Plants treated with Tur not only have shorter shoots but also produce more fruit.

Increases plant resistance to various diseases.

Tur can be mixed with Bordeaux mixture and its substitutes (polychlor, copper oxychloride, polycarbazine).

Application of Tur:

To treat tomato seedlings, dissolve the contents of the ampoule in 10 liters of water. Treatment schedule: 1st application — 10–12 days before flowering, 2nd application — 10–12 days after flowering, 3rd application — at the beginning of fruit ripening. Shoot length is reduced by 25–30%, while the number of nodes remains the same; the growth of male nodes is reduced. For bushes treated with Tur, it is essential to apply liquid root and foliar fertilizers, as well as drainage irrigation.

Treat grapevines with Tur for no more than two consecutive years. Then take a break for 1–2 years; treatment can resume afterward.

Applying Tur to strawberries increases the number of flower clusters, shortens and thickens the fruit stalk, and reduces the number of runners. The optimal time to treat strawberries is before the mass growth of runners begins.

The Tur preparation is applied to cucumbers before flowering; this reduces growth and increases the number of lateral shoots. Yield increase is 30–40%, and susceptibility to powdery mildew is reduced by 3–4 times.

Applying Tur to fruit trees increases yield and fruit set, especially in the second year after treatment (double the yield).
