Roma Tomato – a mid-early, high-yielding plum-type variety. The growing season lasts 105–110 days. This determinate plant, 60–70 cm tall, forms compact bushes that do not require complex care. The fruits are oval-plum-shaped, weighing 80–100 g, and deep red in color. The flesh is dense, meaty, with a sweet taste and few seeds.
The variety is distinguished by uniform ripening, resistance to cracking, and resistance to major diseases. The Roma tomato is particularly valued for canning whole fruits, making sauces, pastes, and ketchups. It is also suitable for fresh consumption, retaining its excellent flavor even after cooking.
