"VineGret" Beets - a mid-season, high-yielding, sweet beet variety that matures in an average of 130 days. The root is round in shape with no core. The flesh is a rich red color with a burgundy tint, streak-free, sweet, and juicy. Root weight: 180–340 g. Yield per 1 m²: 4.1–4.6 kg. A heat-tolerant, disease-resistant variety. Easily harvested from any soil type. Stores well during the winter. Used in salads, including vinaigrette.
