Andromeda Beet – an early-maturing variety – 95–105 days. The root is cylindrical in shape, dark red with a dark purple tint, 4–6.5 cm in diameter, easily removed from the soil, weighing 250–560 g. The flesh is dark red, juicy, without white streaks, and very tasty. Yield: 4.5–6.5 kg/m². Used for early bunch production and processing.
Soil temperature for seed germination: no lower than 5 °C.
