The roots are crimson-red, round-oval with a smooth surface, 2–3 cm in diameter, weighing 11–28 g, and almost completely buried in the soil. The flesh is white or white-pink, firm, sweet with a mildly pungent flavor, juicy, and tender. Yield: 1.0–2.3 kg/m2. Uniform harvest, excellent taste. Grown in open ground and under plastic. Used fresh.
