Curly Parsley STIKHIYA
Curly Parsley STIKHIYA is an early-maturing leaf parsley. It is resistant to short-term drought and cold snaps.
Growing season:
– when sown in the fall: 150–170 days;
– when sown in the spring: 75–80 days.
Harvesting: 4–5 harvests during the growing season; the first harvest is possible 50–55 days after emergence.
The leaves are intensely green, densely curly, with a pleasant fresh aroma. They remain juicy and fragrant long after cutting.
Uses: fresh, frozen, and dried; also suitable as a vibrant garnish for dishes.
Cultivation: plants require regular watering, weeding, soil loosening, and fertilization.
Soil temperature for seed germination—not lower than 4 °C.
