Sugar Parsley Root - a mid-season variety with a growing season of 97–105 days until root maturity. A biennial crop. The root is conical, white, 20–30 cm long, and weighs 30–60 g. Good taste, slightly sweet root flavor, aromatic leaves. Root yield is 1.2–2.5 kg/m2. When sown before winter, an extra-early harvest is obtained. The roots and leaves are used fresh, dried, and salted.
