Top Grill Pepper is a mid-early, high-yielding variety, ideal for cooking and grilling. The growing season lasts 100–110 days. The plant, 60–80 cm tall, forms sturdy bushes with a large number of fruit set. The fruits are elongated and conical, weighing 100–120 g; they are green when technically ripe and bright red when biologically ripe. The flesh is juicy and firm, with a wall thickness of 5–6 mm and a pleasant sweet taste.
The variety is distinguished by stable yields, uniform ripening, and resistance to major diseases. Top Grill peppers are particularly valued for roasting, stuffing, making salads, canning, and freezing. Thanks to their dense flesh, the fruits retain their shape and flavor well after heat treatment.
