The Soplica cucumber is a mid-early, bee-pollinated variety. The growing season lasts 45–50 days. The plants are vigorous and produce uniform, cylindrical fruits 9–11 cm long. The skin is green with small bumps; the flesh is firm, juicy, and crisp, without bitterness.
The variety is noted for its uniform fruiting and resistance to common diseases. It is used fresh, in salads, as well as for pickling and canning.
