Ukrainian Autumn Cabbage - a late-maturing, high-yielding variety with a growing season of 175 days. The variety stores well and retains its beneficial properties. The heads are round, sometimes flattened, dense, and white in color. On average, a head of cabbage grows to a weight of up to 4 kg. The heads are excellent for sauerkraut, as well as for vitamin-rich salads.

The "Ukrainian Autumn" variety is relatively resistant to diseases such as slime and vascular bacteriosis. Thanks to its frost resistance, the cabbage can be harvested from the field in late autumn; it keeps well on the stalk and does not crack. Its high transportability allows the heads of this variety to be transported over long distances.

Fertile soils are selected for growing all cabbage varieties, and if necessary, organic fertilizers are applied in the fall. Areas for planting seeds or seedlings should be sunny and free from drafts. Note that the crop is cold-hardy, so spring frosts do not pose a threat to early planting of seeds or seedlings.
