Late-season Turkis cabbage — a late-maturing variety with a maturation period of 150–160 days. The head is spherical, large, and very dense, weighing 2.6 to 4.5 kg. When cut open, the head is white. It stores exceptionally well (up to 7 months). Yield: 7–8 kg/m². The variety is resistant to cracking. It transports well. It is mainly used for pickling and cooking, as well as for storage and consumption from winter through late spring.
