Romanesco Zucchini is a mid-season variety, 47–50 days. The plant is bushy, with large leaves. A high-yielding variety. The fruits are green, cylindrical in shape, with sparse stripes and pronounced ribbing, weighing 0.5–0.7 kg. The seed cavity is small; the flesh is light cream-colored, firm, and juicy. The variety is distinguished by its unique appearance, high yield, and good storage life. Yield is high. Relatively disease-resistant. Young fruits are used for canning and home cooking. The plant does not tolerate frost. Harvest: 1–2 times a week, preventing the fruits from overmaturing.
