Pervistok Peas – an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with uniform ripening. The growing season lasts 50–55 days. The plant is compact, 50–60 cm tall, and does not require tall supports. Pods 7–8 cm long contain 6–8 evenly sized green peas. The peas are tender, sweet, and juicy, and are especially delicious when milk-ripe.
The variety is noted for its stable yield, cold tolerance, and resistance to major diseases. Pervistok peas are suitable for fresh consumption, making soups and side dishes, freezing, and canning. Thanks to its early maturity and excellent taste, this variety is one of the most valuable for home gardening.
