Pink Banana Muscat pumpkin seeds, encrusted, 250 g

The Pink Banana pumpkin is a variety with pink-orange fruits, slightly powdery, elongated in shape, up to 1.2 m long and up to 30 cm in diameter. The fruit is elliptically elongated, resembling an airship. The flesh is bright orange, fibrous, dense, tender, and very sweet in taste, with a silky texture. The characteristic pumpkin aroma is somewhat muted. The rind is thin but firm, and the pumpkin makes a slight cracking sound when cut. The seeds are plump, very tasty, and have a strong nutty aroma. The fruit has excellent storage life. When frozen, the flesh can be stored for a very long time without losing its flavor, which is quite rare for a pumpkin. The longer it is stored, the stronger its banana-like flavor becomes.
