"Marmeladka" beets are a mid-early, high-yielding sweet variety; the growing season from sowing to root maturity is 105–122 days. The root is round in shape, easy to pull out of the soil, weighing 190–350 g, and has no core. The flesh is dark red with a burgundy hue, without white streaks, juicy, tender, and sweet. Yield: 4.2–4.7 kg/m². Suitable for children’s and dietary nutrition. The crop is relatively heat-tolerant. The variety is disease-resistant. The roots store well throughout the winter without losing their taste or marketability. When sown late (June 1–10), the roots produced store better in winter.
