Blumdale Spinach is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety with excellent flavor. The growing season lasts 40–45 days. The plant forms a compact rosette 20–25 cm tall with dense, dark green leaves. The leaves are large, wrinkled, juicy, with a delicate flavor and no bitterness, and are rich in vitamins and minerals.
The variety is distinguished by high yield, cold hardiness, and resistance to bolting. Blumdale spinach is suitable for fresh consumption, preparing salads, side dishes, soups, and casseroles, as well as for freezing and drying.
