Curly Parsley STIKHIYA is a mid-season biennial variety with a growing season of 65–75 days.
The variety is high-yielding and frost-resistant. It forms a rosette of numerous dense, curly, dark-green leaves with a rich aroma. The greens regrow excellently after cutting.
Yield: up to 4.5 kg/m².
Usage: consumed fresh and dried, and also used as a garnish for various dishes.
Cultivation: requires regular watering, weeding, soil loosening, and fertilization.
