Sugar Root Parsley - a mid-season variety; the period from germination to root maturity is 97-105 days. A biennial crop. The root is conical, white, 20–30 cm long, and weighs 30–60 g. Good taste qualities, sweetish flavor of the roots, aromatic leaves. Root yield is 1.2–2.5 kg/m². When sown before winter, an extra-early harvest is obtained. The roots and leaves are used fresh, dried, or salted.
