Igrik Pepper is a mid-early, high-yielding variety with attractive, uniform fruits. The growing season lasts 100–110 days. The plant is compact, 60–70 cm tall, and well-covered with fruit buds. The fruits are cone-shaped, weighing 100–130 g, green when technically ripe, and deep red when biologically ripe. The flesh is juicy, firm, 5–6 mm thick, with a pleasant sweet taste.
The variety is distinguished by stable yields, uniform ripening, and resistance to major diseases. The Igrok pepper is suitable for fresh consumption, stuffing, preparing salads, hot dishes, canning, and freezing. Thanks to their uniform shape and rich flavor, the fruits are in demand both for home cooking and for sale.
