Amphora Onion is a mid-season, high-yielding variety with elongated bulbs. The growing season lasts 110–120 days. The plant forms uniform, elongated-oval bulbs weighing 120–150 g, with a dense, dry, golden-brown skin. The flesh is white, juicy, and has a semi-sharp flavor with a pleasant aroma.
The variety is distinguished by stable yields, good storage life, and transportability. Amphora onions are suitable for fresh consumption, preparing salads, hot dishes, canning, and drying.
