"Yaroslavna" Cabbage – a high-yielding late-maturing variety with a growing season of 160–165 days after transplanting. The heads are round-flattened, dense, and white when cut open. Unlike other late-maturing varieties, this variety is characterized by the absence of fruit cracking. Heads weigh 3.4–4.2 kg, with a yield of 9 kg per m². A versatile variety, its heads are used in fresh salads and stored in cellars until spring. Excellent for sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is an excellent source of vitamins during the cold season. The "Yaroslavna" cabbage has excellent storage life in winter, transports well, and receives the most positive reviews due to its uniform head formation.
