Savoy Cabbage — a late-maturing variety, maturing in 130–150 days. The head is gray-green, large, weighing 1.2–2.7 kg, dense, formed from corrugated, finely bubbled, thin leaves. The head contains 7–14% dry matter, 20–90 mg of vitamin C, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP, and salts of sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium. Yield: 5.6–7 kg/m². Used fresh and for processing.
