Brussels sprouts CASIOPEIA is a mid-late variety; the growing season from planting seedlings to harvest is 150–160 days.
The plant forms a sturdy, thick stem of medium height (110–125 cm). Firm green heads grow in dense rows along the stem. The variety is highly frost-resistant—the harvest can be gathered gradually until the first frosts.
Brussels sprouts are particularly valuable due to their high content of vitamins and micronutrients. They are used boiled or stewed and are also suitable for freezing for the winter.
Cultivation: requires regular watering, weeding, soil loosening, and fertilization.
