Melon Early 133 - an early-maturing, drought-resistant variety with a growing season of 65 days until ripening. Produces round, light orange fruits with a netted rind. The flesh is white, 4–5 cm thick, tender, juicy, sweet, and very aromatic. Fruit weight is 1.6–2.5 kg. Transportability is good. Thanks to its early maturity, the variety is resistant to powdery mildew, as well as to fusarium wilt and anthracnose. Up to 1.8 kg of fruit can be harvested per 1 m². A distinctive feature of this variety is its drought tolerance.
At the initial stage, the gardener needs a minimum of knowledge to properly prepare the soil and subsequently sow the seeds, as well as to care for the plants. In the fall, choose well-lit sections of the garden, dig them thoroughly, and add wood ash. In the spring, once the last frosts have passed, sow the seeds into the soil. The temperature should be no lower than +15°C, and once the seeds sprout, they require plenty of heat to grow; if the ambient temperature drops below +25°C, the plants will not develop properly.
