Eggplant Clara F1 – an early-maturing, high-yielding hybrid with uniform, elongated fruits. The growing season lasts 90–100 days. The plant is compact, 60–80 cm tall, and produces abundant fruit set. The fruits are cylindrical, 18–22 cm long, weighing 200–250 g, with smooth, glossy light-purple skin. The flesh is white, firm, without bitterness, and has a delicate flavor.
The hybrid is distinguished by uniform ripening, high yield, and resistance to major diseases. The Clara F1 eggplant is ideal for frying, stewing, baking, stuffing, and canning.
