Shiroin Watermelon – a mid-early, high-yielding variety with juicy and sweet fruits. The growing season lasts 75–85 days. The plant is robust, with well-developed foliage, and produces round-oval fruits weighing 4–6 kg. The rind is dark green with characteristic light stripes; the flesh is bright red, tender, sweet, and high in sugar content.
The variety is noted for its stable yield, resistance to fusarium wilt, and good transportability. The Shironinsky watermelon is suitable for fresh consumption, making desserts, and juicing. Thanks to its juicy flesh and pleasant taste, it is popular both for home gardening and for commercial sale.
