ASTRAKHAN WATERMELON
Mid-season variety. The growing season from germination to technical maturity is 85–95 days. Fruits are round and oblong-round, dark green with medium-width stripes, weighing 3–5 kg. The flesh is red, firm, tender, juicy, and crisp. High transportability. The variety is resistant to fusarium wilt and powdery mildew. In northern regions, growing from seedlings is recommended. Used fresh. Plants require watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilization.
Soil temperature for seed germination must not be lower than 15°C.
