Curly Parsley 'Moskrause' — an early-maturing variety with a maturation period of 70–80 days. The plant is curly and leafy. It produces dark green, small leaves with strongly corrugated edges, ranging from 20 to 40 per plant. The greens are juicy with a pleasant aroma and stay fresh for a long time after cutting. The variety is cold-hardy, overwinters well, and produces fresh greens in early spring. It is used fresh and dried as a fragrant and vitamin-rich seasoning. Parsley is harvested from early spring to late fall. Yield: 2.0–4.0 kg/m².
