Leaf Parsley - a mid-season variety with a growing season of 68–78 days. It has a large leaf rosette, and the leaves are tender. The average plant weight is 77–113 g. Yield ranges from 3.6 to 8.2 kg/m². Parsley is rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin C (up to 300 mg%), provitamin A (up to 20 mg%), and mineral salts such as potassium (up to 1080 mg%), sodium (330 mg%), calcium (325 mg%), as well as magnesium, iron, and phosphorus. Used as a seasoning in both fresh and dried forms.
