Long Red Carrot without Core (Poland) - a mid-late variety with a growing season of 90–100 days. The shape is cylindrical with a blunt tip. The interior is a bright red-orange color, sweet in taste, and rich in carotene. The roots contain vitamins B, B2, PP, C, E, and K and have medicinal properties: they increase hemoglobin levels and the body’s resistance to disease. The variety is resistant to drought and disease. The optimal time for harvesting is when the top of the root reaches 3.5–5 cm in diameter and the root itself is 16–20 cm long. The root has excellent storage life. It is recommended to sow seeds sparsely or thin them out after emergence.
