Grad DVA Insecticide, effervescent tablet, 8 g
Grad contact-intestinal insecticide is used to protect potatoes, apple trees, and tomatoes from a wide range of harmful insects: Colorado potato beetles and their larvae, aphids, cutworms, thrips, whiteflies, and other pests. The active ingredient in this product is fipronil, which is highly toxic to adult insects, caterpillars, larvae, and eggs of harmful insects. Once it enters the insects’ bodies during spraying, fipronil blocks the transmission of nerve impulses, leading to disruption of vital functions of the nervous system and motor centers. Pests stop feeding and die within 2–3 hours after treatment. The product does not cause phytotoxicity when used at the recommended application rates.
