Arcerid is a fungicide widely used against late blight and macrosporiosis in vegetable and fruit crops. Arcerid is also recommended for controlling fungal diseases and providing further protection for agricultural plants.
Active ingredient: metalaxyl + polycarbacin
Advantages:
- Rapid action; penetrates the plant through leaves and stems within 1–2 hours.
- Has preventive and curative properties
- Not washed off by rain; provides long-term plant protection.
Application:
The product combats diseases such as: peronosporosis, phomopsis, downy mildew, black spot, gray and white rot, macrosporiosis, mildew, and others. It is applied by spraying plants during the growing season.
Application rate: 20 g per 10 L of water (100 m²):
- on onions and cucumbers - 30,
- on grapes and fruit trees - 30–40,
- on potatoes, tomatoes, and beets - 50.
The last treatment of grapes is permitted no later than 30 days before harvest; for all other crops, 20 days before.
Number of applications : - potatoes, sugar beets, onions, hops, tobacco - no more than 3 times; grapes - 4 times.
