Zolotinka zucchini — an early-maturing variety, 50–55 days from germination to maturity. The plant is compact, up to 40 cm tall. The fruits are large, weighing up to 1 kg, yellow-orange in color, and cylindrical in shape. The skin is firm and smooth. The flesh is creamy, tender, and juicy, with a high content of dry matter and carotene. They transport and store well. Used in home cooking and for canning. Color and flavor are preserved during canning.

Cultivation.
The primary method of cultivation is through seedlings. When using special pots, this method yields the best germination results and ensures a harvest. Once the threat of nighttime frosts has completely passed, the seedlings can be transplanted into the soil. Planting density: approximately five plants per square meter. This planting density ensures normal development of the Zolotinka zucchini. Crop care: timely weeding and fertilization. Fertilization is carried out once every two weeks. Regular watering should also be ensured. Another important aspect of growing zucchini is the timely harvesting of ripe fruits; otherwise, yield will decrease.
