Full description
Caprin F 10 kg. Thanks to its unique technology and the special shape of the powder particles, this product provides long-lasting protection against repeated insect infestations (residual effect lasting up to 2 months). The dust has potent insecticidal activity; it is a broad-spectrum product suitable for controlling household insects:
  • cockroaches
  • fleas
  • bed bugs
INDICATIONS
The product is intended for controlling synanthropic cockroaches, bed bugs, and fleas.

COMPOSITION
Pyrethroid fenvalerate – 0.4%, boric acid 4.0%, industrial oil 1%, sodium fluorosilicate – 5%, turpentine – 1%; fillers – kaolin 10%, talc or white soot – up to 100%

DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE
Cockroaches: Caprin F dust is selectively applied to surfaces in areas where cockroaches live, congregate, and along their entry points into rooms. Treat holes and cracks in walls, door frames, thresholds, gaps along baseboards and wall coverings, ventilation vents, areas of damage at the entry points of water, heating, and sewer pipes, and under sinks. Apply the product in a thin layer to the back surfaces of furniture. Treatment is carried out simultaneously in all rooms where cockroaches have been found. If there is a large number of insects, adjacent rooms are also treated to prevent them from being infested by cockroaches. Repeat treatments are carried out when cockroaches reappear. The application rate of the dust is 5–10 g/m².

Bedbugs: Dust is applied evenly to areas where bedbugs are found. Insect infestations are identified prior to treatment. The product is applied to sections of walls, furniture, behind baseboards, and under carpets. Repeat treatments are performed if insects are detected. The application rate for dust is 5 g/m².

Fleas: In indoor areas, treat the floor surface (especially where linoleum and baseboards are coming loose), the gaps behind baseboards, and the treated side of carpets and rugs. If there are pets (cats, dogs) in the house, treat their resting areas—the undersides of bedding and mats, which should be shaken out after 3 days and then washed before reuse. Repeat treatments should be performed if insects are detected. When treating rooms for fleas in cluttered basements (if cleaning them is difficult), the dosage can be doubled. The standard dosage of the powder is 5–10 g/m².

PRECAUTIONS
Certain precautions must be observed when working with the powder.
Treat rooms with windows open, in the absence of people and pets (cover aquariums). Food and kitchenware should be carefully covered or stored in a cabinet before treatment. Leave the room for at least 30 minutes after treatment.
Do not treat the interior surfaces of cabinets or other food storage areas.
After treatment, remove the product from surfaces where it could contaminate food or kitchenware using a damp cloth (soap and baking soda solution) once all insects have been eliminated, but no sooner than 3–6 hours after application. In other areas (behind baseboards, pipes, etc.), the product should be left in place until the end of its 4–8-week effective period.
Always wear a lab coat, head covering, and cotton-gauze mask when working with the powder. Rubber gloves are recommended to protect the skin of your hands.
After work, remove protective clothing, shake it out, and air it out. Wash it as needed, but at least once a week in a hot soap-and-soda solution (50 g of baking soda and 27 g of soap per bucket of water).
Store personal protective equipment in separate lockers in a designated room. It is strictly prohibited to store them in a warehouse together with toxic chemicals or at home.
When working with dust, observe general personal hygiene rules: do not drink or eat in the treated area. After finishing work, wash your hands and face with soap and rinse your mouth with water.
Store the product in storage areas in tightly closed containers. Store packages containing unused product in a well-ventilated area.
After use, the packaging must be destroyed by incineration.

FIRST AID MEASURES
Poisoning may occur if the recommended precautions are not followed or if exposure is accidental.

If the product accidentally gets into the eyes, immediately rinse them under running water or with a 2% baking soda solution for several minutes. If conjunctival irritation occurs, instill 30% sodium sulfacyl into the eyes; if pain occurs, instill 2% novocaine.
